District 10 Free Flight Envoy
Denny Baker has been modeling for 55+ years. He has been President of Bayside R/C club for four years and an AVP for two years. He ran/promoted five USRA Races with an average budget of over $25,000 per event at Parker, AZ, called the Blue Water River Run. He ran a USRA Race in Illinois as well. He was the 2004 Formula One GT World Champion. He has been a member of Team JR for over 15+ years, retiring as of last year. He currently runs an r/c glider program for a local middle school, Bristow middle school, of Brentwood, CA. for past three years.
His background includes graduating from the U. S. Naval Academy in 1966. He was a Naval Aviator for over ten years, including 225 carrier landings and 122 missions over North Vietnam in F-8 Crusaders. He currently holds a full-size commercial ticket with multi-engines as well and a full instrument rating.
He and his wife, Barbara, are retired and live in Brentwood, CA.
